The M1 Interactive mobile application (SamplAR App), once you have downloaded a copy of the SamplAR App onto your mobile telephone or handheld device (Device).
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

Information you give us: You may give us information about you that you submit by using the SamplAR App, or by corresponding with us (for example, by email or chat). This includes information you provide when you download or register for the SamplAR App, and enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with the SamplAR App, or our website. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, and other registration information, personal description and photograph.
Note that even though the SamplAR App requires an access to the live camera data in order to track the images on the cans, the data is never collected by us. It is processed inside the Device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. The purpose of this processing is to offer augmented reality features in which a live image coming from the camera is mixed with additional data computed by the SamplAR App. You may choose to take a snapshot and to share it with other users.
Security:
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 07 January 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
